About Indiramma Illu Housing Scheme 2025
The Government of Telangana State and Chief Minister Revanth Reddy have announced this beneficial housing initiative named Indiramma Illu Housing Scheme 2025, in which the Authorities aim to provide affordable and cheap housing facilities for all the homeless citizens across Telangana State. According to this housing initiative, the Government aims to provide financial help of INR 5 Lakh for all those residents who have legal land but are unable to construct their houses due to financial problems. CM said that the priority under this scheme will be given to Dalits, Transgenders, Agricultural Workers and Disabled Citizens. Indiramma Illu First Phase List
The state Government has released the Indiramma Illu First Phase, under which the Government plans to build atleast 4.5 Lakh residents for all the eligible homeless citizens across the state. Houses constructed under the first phase will include all the basic amenities such as an RCC Roof, Kitchen, Toilet, and sanitary water. The residence will be at least 400 sq. ft. Recently, the Government released the Indiramma Illu First Phase List, under which the Government has included all the eligible beneficiaries’ names whose application was approved by the Authorities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants should be permanently reside in Telangana State.
- Under this initiative only homeless citizens are eligible.
- Applicants should come from economically weaker sections of the state.
- Praja Palana Scheme applicants will be given priority.
- Sanitation Workers, Transgenders, Dalits and Disabled Citizens will also get priority.
- Under this initiative only one home per family will be given.
- Residents should not be getting benefits from other housing scheme.
