Recently the Government of Telangana State has released the Indiramma Housing Scheme 2025 aiming to provide low-cost and affordable housing facilities to all the residents who do not have their own house to reside in or are homeless. And now the Government has released the Indiramma Housing Scheme Phase 1 under which the Authorities aim to construct at least 4.5 lakh houses for all the homeless residents of Telangana State. Along with that, the Government will provide financial assistance to all the homeless residents of the state so that they’ll be able to start constructing their houses.

What is Indiramma Housing Scheme Phase 1 2025
Telangana Civil Supplies and Irrigation Minister Capt N Uttam Kumar Reddy has declared that the state government is all set up to launch the Indiramma 1st Installment across the state. Under this phase, the state government has decided to build a total of 4.5 Lakh residential houses for all the citizens who do not have their own homes or they are living in Kaccha Houses.
Under this phase, all the houses built by the government will have a RCC Roof, Kitchen, and Toilet, and the area will be 400 sq. ft. Along with this, the government will provide a financial amount of INR 5 Lakh to all the beneficiaries so that they can easily build their own houses. As per the reports, the government has allotted a total budget of INR 22,000 Crore for the implementation of this scheme.
